Downtime on Family Sharing not working properly

I have downtime scheduled on my Child’s iPad iOS version 16.4.1 set for 6:30 pm. Most, if not all apps become unavailable as expected but he was playing Roblox and 6:39 came and went. I’ve gone to his iPad and Roblox is the only app not “blacked” out. I’ve toggled the downtime schedule on and off and I can’t get Roblox to become unavailable. This happened earlier in the week with Nextflix while he was on it. I even restarted his iPad, but Roblox is still available for him to open.
