when I try to sign in my iCloud it keep sayin the maximum number of free accounts have been activated on this iphone that why am askin is the any other way to put my own account because I just brought the phone please help

Again, you are using an Apple ID to post here. To repeat that: you are using an Apple ID to log in here. Use this same Apple ID for your iPhone. You don’t need another one. If you’re not sure about your login here, look in your browser’s password store for the Apple ID and password used for your idmsa.apple.com logins.
If you are encountering Activation Lock however, contact the seller to request its removal, or a refund. If the seller has disappeared as is common, then you got scammed.
