I have moved to a new country. But I’ve been told that when I change the region in my Apple ID, I lose all my Apple Music library data and playlists. Why? I want to keep my playlists and songs from the last 7 years I built up. Is there a way to not lose all this data?

When the Apple Music subscription has ended, you may lose access to your playlists and songs.
As stated in the terms and conditions, "When your Apple Music membership ends, you will lose access to your iCloud Music Library, including iCloud Music Library Content that is uploaded to iCloud Music Library servers."

No, unfortunately. Moving to a new region requires cancellation of the existing subscription and everything that goes with it.
