No audio while streaming live programs from iPad
I can’t get audio on live streaming while watching an app such as MSNBC. Recorded programs have audio. What should I do to fix this?

We'd like to help by learning more about what's happening, along with ruling out some possible causes:
- You mentioned this occurs in the MSNBC app, but does this same issue occur within other apps?
- If there were no issues in the past with the same app, when did this start to occur?
- We see you have iPadOS 14 installed, but the latest version for compatible models is iPadOS 16.4.1(a).
