How to follow up on my AirPods order?

I placed an order for AirPods max on May 1st, and it has been 6 days. However, it says the order is still processing and I wonder when it will be shipped to me.

AirPods delivery I preordered my AirPods Pro’s last Monday and is suppose to be delivered September 26th-28th but now it’s the 27th and it still says preparing to ship. why are my airpods taking so long to get here I ordered AirPods Pro 2 on the 16th of march and they shipped on the 18th and I got a tracking number and it was moving very quick but now hasn’t moved since the 20th after leaving Sydney and I don’t know why they were also supposed to be here on the 24th and today is the 26th all I’ve heard from apple is an email saying that my order will be delayed 2 business days two days ago.
