record video while using another app

Hello

i have an iPhone 13 Pro max

i want to use the phone to record video while using another app

i want to start to record a video while driving, then keep recording when I switch to Apple Maps for sat nab guidance

basically use the use as a dash cam to record my journey, but allow me to use the phone as navigation aid

when I currently do this, as soon I switch from video scree to maps, the video stops recording is there a way do this, or an app to allow you to record while using another app
