My emails won’t scroll up or down

Thank you for posting to the Apple Support Communities. 

There could be several reasons why you may be noticing an issue when scrolling or viewing your messages in the Mail app. 

To start, if you have not already, please restart and update your iPad following these instructions. Please note that you will want to have a current backup of your device before installing any updates: 

• Restart your iPad
• Update your iPhone or iPad

If this scrolling issue continues with other apps, there may be a problem with the display. Check this next article for troubleshooting steps to try If the screen isn't working on your iPhone or iPad.

I am having the same issue with my yahoo mail, app and webpage. My scrolling only goes so far then starts highlighting the text every time I try to scroll. The page sticks and no mater where I am it does the same thing. Super frustrating.
