Best option for a recording studio

There are too many options to suggest. I have no idea what kind of music you want to make or your skill level.

I think you need to first define 'recording studio'.

From there you can identify the quantity and types of inputs you need.

From there you can define the level of mixing you need.

A audio-only 'recording studio' used for a solo podcaster would look different from a radio-station 'recording studio' that has multiple on-air hosts and guests, as well as recorded music, and that would look different from a full-on musical recording studio where your band are going to record the next #1 hit.

I would suggest a Mac with Logic, but the devil (and cost!) is in the non-apple details such as the audio interface and microphones
