Tranferring Credentials:

A. Did you Use Quick Start?: Use Quick Start to Transfer Data to a New iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

B. Enable Keychain:

If all of your credentials are in keychain, then enable it in iCloud Settings. I will all show up, given you have logged in to the same Apple ID on the iPhone.
