iPhone 11 Calls drop on iOS 16.4.1

Hello. I have this strange issue with my iPhone 11. After the 16.4.1 update, the calls randomly drop after 1-2 minutes of talking. The speaker button turn on and the phone becomes unresponsive for 1 sec and after that the call drops. I tried every troubleshooting method and nothing helps. The battery health is at 94%. I even replaced the SIM card with a new one and nothing changed. The issue happened only on carrier calls, the WhatsApp calls are working without any problems.
