Apple Watch se 2022
my apple watch is stuck on, from the top of the screen, is cancel grid view then list view under that is edit apps.
I cannot go back to watch face(time)

First try - just tap on the word "Cancel"
Next option - Press on the Digital Crown (two presses?) until you get back to the usual watch face
Third option - Forced Restart;
Press and hold both the Digital Crown and the Side button (together, about 10 seconds) until the Apple logo appears on screen.. Then release the buttons and let the watch restart.
