Please help, my Wifi and Bluetooth Not Connecting

2 days ago, my iPhone 12 suddenly went off by itself and restarted. Nothing happened to the phone use after so I shrugged it off

Yesterday, the same phone suddenly disconnected from wifi and the button was greyed out. I did a quick search on how to fix it and I was asked to update my IOS after this it worked for approximately 3 minutes again before the phone restarted after I unplugged it.

When it came on, the wifi was not working and the Bluetooth too.

I checked for another update and got IOS 16.4.1.a and I updated

Still no resolve on the wifi and Bluetooth buttons.

please help 😩
