Did you cancel Apple TV+ in the transition to Apple One? That wasn’t needed (it is done automatically), and possibly against your interest (missing month).
Apple One is meant to start with a one month free trial to bundle services that you haven’t tried before. That would exclude Apple TV+ for the first month for previous subscribers.
For a seamless transition, users would want a one month overlap. After the new trial is over, the unnecessary subscription would be terminated automatically (with a transfer/refund for any remaining days).
You may re-subscribe to Apple TV+ for a month or a bit less, else wait out the first month.
