I mistakenly taken my workout app off of my watch, how can I reinstall this?

I clicked on the link provided above and it didn't work for me. So I searched on my iphone in google "apple workout app link" and there it was. I clicked on the icon and the message appeared that it could only be downloaded on Apple Watch. It gave me an icon to send the link, so as sak2612 stated above, I texted it to myself and opened it on my watch. clicked the link in the text and BAM it downloaded to my watch... WOOHOO!! I am beyond happy!
I was afraid at first to try it!

open this app on the App Store https://apps.apple.com/za/app/workout/id1584215851 then forward via iMessage to yourself. Open the iMessage app on watch. Then click and install.
How do I reload the workout app on my watch.?? I mistakenly taking it off. I’m having trouble putting it back on.
