Enable Mail > View > Show Date and Time. Right or control click in the column headers and check Flags.

Enable whatever Category is missing like Date Received and Flagged

Yes it's in Ventura as I explained in my first post.

Just to add, it's not only in Ventura but Monterey and Big Sur as well.
