16.4.1 imap issue

Shortly after installing the 16.4.1 my iPhone, mail is not syncing my email through IMAP.

(with POP it works just fine) The strangest thing is that if I open mail, and search for a mail I know is there, it finds it and then lists it in the unread messages. All email before the update shows up in mail, but nothing after it, unless I specifically search for it..

I have tried deleting the mail account, mail app, forced restart, restoring phone from backup, checking settings for fetching et.c but without result.

Since POP is working and the mail on my MacBook works just fine, the issue seems to be that te phone somehow is not talking with IMAP no more..

Any suggestions??
