Dual active dual sim

The iPhone 14 is a Dual SIM Dual Standby. It means that the new iPhones can manage two phone lines simultaneously -- calls coming in to either line will ring your phone, and you'll be able to easily make calls and send texts from either line without reconfiguring settings or swapping out SIM cards.

That is correct, however, both lines will ring when called and you can call out on both lines.
