I keep getting an error message when I attempt to install the latest Rapid Security Response update, 16.4.1 (a). The error message says cannot verify because I am no longer connected to the internet when in fact I am.

Tried this on all my devices, iPad, iPhone, all my family members also getting error on multiple networks, cellular, WiFi, company VPN.
Apple services page indicates no problems, but it probably is; because ya’ know, according to Apple it “just works” :-/
A number of people have reported this problem. My guess is that it's on the Apple side. It seems to be working for me on my iPhone 11 Pro right now but it's still "preparing".
I removed my VPN - still getting this error. Tried restarting - still erroring out with “no internet connection” (iPhone 14 max Pro - iOS 16.4.1)

Yes, that's exactly what I said and I said what I meant. However, it seems to be working now.
Thank you all who responded to this discussion. I tried to delete the downloaded update and retry downloading and installing it. It worked now.
