Trouble w/ Apple Savings Account

I'm trying to open an apple savings account but when I go click on Daily Cash the "Setup" saving account option is not there... Can someone please help?

Upgrade to iOS 16.4.1

Apple card or Apple Savings doesn't appear on my devise. Using 16.4.1. I deposited large amount of money but can't find it.
