When can I get the new emojis?

Emojis are added as part of iOS updates. If you have a phone that is too old to get the latest version of iOS, you will not see them.
What model iPhone do you have? What version of iOS is installed on it?

The emoji character set is defined by the Unicode Consortium, not Apple.
