Buy mac mini apple malaysia not delivered

I would like to share my experienced, I bought mac mini m2 in apple malaysia online store on 25 april 2023 and after I paid with my credit card, I got an email from apple about my order number, stated that my order will processing and will delivered on 28 april 23.

However, I could not track order status in apple website by putting my order number and email, and finally I never got my mac mini until now., I have tried many times calling 1 800 80 6419 with no result, and chat with many apple specialist ask them to contact apple store sales dept malaysia also no result.

And I also can not cancel my order as well

Please help me, how to resolve this issues...
