Screen Time App Limits

I believe that many people are experiencing similar problems with Screen Time. My specific issue is that my app limits don’t stay. If I set the whole category, then it sticks. But, for example, I don’t want to block all of “Entertainment”, instead I pick the apps that I need a limit on (YouTube). These apps are paired with the “Games” category.Then, at some point the YouTube limit disappears, but “Games” is still active. I wish we could just cherry pick the apps we need limited without the need for it being in a category. I have four children with limits, and it happens to all of their devices. I’ve done full resets, and no change in the app limits behavior.
