My keyboard works as

I use Magic Keyboard with Ipad M2. But button 7,8,9,U, I, O doesn’t work for typing but works as cursor instead. Anyone can help how to setting to work as normal typing keyboard?

You need to disable MouseKeys:

Settings > Accessibility > Touch > Assistive Touch > Mouse Keys - set to OFF
