Apple homekit notifications not working for admin user

Hi,

we have been using the homekit for the past 6 months and we enjoy it but my wife is not receiving the notifications for the door opening, garage opening like I am. I am the owner of the account and she is the admin. We have gone through her setting a multiple times and they are where they need to be just like mine. She has been receiving the doorbell notifications but not any door openings. We use abode for the security system and it has worked well for notifications through my phone but not hers. I have removed her from the home and re added her with no luck. We have restarted her phone and done just about everything we can think of. Has anyone else experienced these issues? It’s a little frustrating.

Finally found a resolution to this issue myself. Tried everything everyone else was suggesting with no results. Decided to go into settings and under general > transfer or reset > reset > reset all settings. This will clear out whatever the newest iOS update installed to not allow owner device to receive notifications. The downside is, while it will not delete your data, a lot of settings like notification preferences, wallet, and other custom preferences will also reset. My garage on HomeKit is now notifying on my owner device. Even though all my other devices were notifying while it was not. Hope this helps!

I'm experiencing the same issue with my Encode Schlage Lock. I use to receive unlock and lock notifications since I'm the owner. It's been about 2-3 months since I have seen notifications. I see them on my Apple TV but not on my phone. There are random times that I receive the locked notifications but that's very random and once in awhile. I've done everything. I might remove and re-add the lock to home kit to see if that works.
