I forgot my apple password, how do I reset it

very simple :

use your pc -> any web browser -> go to "icloud.com" -> click "I forgot my password".

U will need access to your e-mail and your iphone to get restore code.

Are you asking about the 4 or 6 digit passcode that you need to enter on your phone to see everything on the phone?

Is there an "Unavailable" or "Security Lock" displayed on your phone?

Go and find another iOS device. Input the Apple ID and click Forgot password. You have to verify your account with sms code. After that, wait a few hours and you are able to set a new password for this Apple ID.
