I had similar problem watching apple tv on chrome browser on mac (I wanted to cast it to Chromecast).

I restarted the browser but it didn't work. So I signed out and signed in to Apple account on chrome again and it worked for me.

What browser were you using? Apple recommends Chrome or Firefox.

How far do you get? Does the main page load? Can you sign in? Can you select a show or movie? Does playback start? Is it the same for all Apple TV+ content?

See the system status page for possible known outages that affect the service that you use.

Else possibly your PC’s or network firewall settings or DNS or settings or VPN or date and time settings may cause errors in the client-server communication.

Possibly browser extensions/add-ons/plug-ins may disrupt client-server communication. Try excluding the Apple site(s) for these extensions.

Possibly the browser’s hardware vs. software decryption may cause errors. Try the alternate setting if available.

Possibly a browser may use a separate filter list for sites or some code on select sites. Try excluding the Apple site(s) for this.
