Apple Watch Ultra Battery Drain!

I bought my watch like 2 weeks ago. At first the battery lasted at least 3 days. Now, it barely stays for one day. I’ve been using the watch about the same and I haven’t changed any of the settings. I have recently updated the watch and apparently that what caused this battery drain! I have tried multiple methods of restarting the watch , closing open apps , unpairing the watch and nothing seems to be working! Can anyone help please?!
