Removing personal Apple ID from work phone

So I just got a work phone. Having never had a work phone before I decided to log in with my personal Apple ID, but then realized that I’d rather not have my personal account attached to my work phone. I signed out of my Apple ID account, but was curious what else I can do to remove any of my personal information from the work phone?

I’ll make a separate Apple ID for my work phone, what else should I do? I don’t need to share any information between the phones and would prefer to keep it that way.
