While playing a Super Cell game War Ships, my wifi drops out, the game keeps playing, but I can’t enter the game, i can access other wifi apps. My wifi provider says it could be the game server, took iPad to Apple Store, said they couldn’t find anything wrong, very frustrating anyone else have this problem, thanks

Do you have a VPN or security App (such as Norton) installed on the iPad? If so, these can interfere with WiFi and network connectivity. If present, delete them your iPad - and perform a forced-restart of your iPad:
Force restart iPad (models with Face ID or with Touch ID in the top button)
If your iPad doesn’t have the Home button, do the following:
Force restart iPad (models with the Home button)
Press and hold the top button and the Home button at the same time. When the Apple logo appears, release both buttons.
