I’m trying to connect my podcast, but I can’t get past the terms of service page which keeps giving me an error. I cannot contact Apple podcast support because it requires me to go past the terms of service page, which doesn’t work, before I can contact Support.
I looked on the community bulletin boards and apparently this has been an issue for three years. So how do I get help when I am not allowed into the system?
One hour and 40 mins on the phone with apple support, NOT podcast support and she was able to replicate the problem on her end. For some reason, she was also able to LOGIN to the applepodcastsconnect site and when she clicked support, she got through and submitted my podcast for me.
She is escalating this issue. I've seen posts on here from 3 years ago so I'm not sure they will fix it, but it's been escalated internally.
Wait a day or two after adding your good account, and then you will have normal access… can’t believe it either… I saw posts with this same problem for years ! As I said they won’t fix it, it’s a way for them to monitor the number of podcast

I tried something… subscribing with another account (family member) and it worked fine … don’t understand why
Worked for me too with a different account (!!) But now, how we use the "good one"? :-)
I have added « the good one » as admin and I can log in from my email now … 😅
I've tried creating a new account and signing up. Same exact issue again. How were you all able to create a new account and login?
The apple support person who set up my podcast listed me as admin but I still can't get in. What a pathetic support system for Podcasts.
