Why am I seeing green rectangles diagonally across jpgs in Safari?
Green squares in jpgs in Safari, this has gone on for a couple of years now. I'm not the first to ask but I haven't seen a reply or a resolution

Yes I do have automatic graphics switching in the battery settings. Currently it is "ON" and with my battery at 90% I am not seeing the green rectangles. You may have found it. I'll keep you posted. Cheers
I have resolved it. It occurs when Photoshop is running. If I open the BBC website with the pictures on the right and then open/close Photoshop the green rectangles appear and disappear as I open and close Photoshop. All in real time.

Do you have an Automatic Graphics Switching option in the Battery Setting?
I can't remember if Big Sur allowed you to switch on/off the discreet graphics card, but was wondering if it was isolated to a particular graphics card.

This has been reported before with no clear resolution.
Do you have an external monitor connected?
What software version are you on? Able to update?
