what happens to Apple Card if I upgrade my phone
I understand that if I upgrade my phone, I have to re-Add my cards to the Apple Wallet. How does this work with the Apple Card?

The Apple Card is tied to your Apple ID. Once you log in to the new iPhone with your Apple ID, it should automatically transfer over the card.
If not, you can always add it in the Wallet app. Tapping the (+) button there should bring up a list of cards you had added previously including the Apple Card. Tap on it to add it. click here ➜ How to add Apple Card to your Apple devices - Apple Support
