Battery Health declines at an average or about 1% a month. That's an average though. The battery might not decline at all for 2-3 months, then suddenly decline 3% the next month. This is normal.

If the phone is about a year old, Battery Health should be about 88-90%. Frankly, your battery is doing a bit better than average at 92%. My phone, which is about a year old is at 89%.

Plan to replace the battery when the phone is 2 years old and it gets down to 80%. If you still have AppleCare in effect, and the battery is down to 80%, Apple will replace the battery at no charge.

Check the phone again in a few months. You will drive yourself crazy if you check the battery every week.

I wouldn't worry about it. The number displayed isn't a real time number. It updates and has been known to hold off and then update in chunks or steps. 92% after a year is reasonable if the value is more or less stable now.

Apple's nominal rating for iPhones is 500 cycles to 80% battery health. It's not a guarantee but more or less a design goal. Some do better or worse and not hitting that exactly is not necessarily a defect. And it's obviously a nice round number where it's should theoretically be impossible for every single iPhone model released in maybe the last 8 years to meet that standard.

It might help to know how many cycles are recorded. There are some external tools that can access that info, such as coconutBattery for Mac. There are some PC tools that can do something similar.
