Canceling photoleap impossible

Hi

I dowloaded this application on 17.04.2023. They promised to inform in 5 day before trial expired

Anyway i have checked subscription section in my iphone , did not found and decide to did nothing

Yesterday 45 euro withdrawed for yearly subscription from my account by this firm but:

i still do not see this app in my subscription section to cancel or request refund nd they recommend to ask Apple for refund when i opened case via their application

how they can use information from my billing information provided by apple if i do not confirm subscription?

Any ideas what i have to do to get my money back?
