I bought a pair of Tzumi SoundGuard headphones for cutting the grass and found out they can't connect to any Apple Device we have in the house (Macbook Pro 2022, iPhone 7 and 12), but connect just fine to our Windows PC and old android phone. Is there something different about the way Apple devices use Bluetooth that is refusing this connection, and is this something I can fix?

Have you tried pairing them according to the manufacturer’s instructions?
