How do I get back my downloaded music to my library

Why can't I get back some of my music I already purchased? I purchased Gardians of the Galaxy Vol. 1 & 2 on Dec. 31st 2017. I can see the reciept but can not seem to get it back into my music Library.

If downloaded music has disappeared you'll have to download it again.
