Update my phone please, i do my business on instagram to feed my self and my family and the iphone 6 don’t download “instagram” on it and when i entered through safari the app usually misbehave and kinda slow. Help me please

No way to update an iPhone 6 or 6Plus beyond iOS 12.5.7, because of hardware (CPU/RAM) incompatibility.
And, since Instagram app requires iOS 13.4 or later versions, you won't be able to use that app on your device.
