I am looking for a clear hardshell case for my M2 macbook air that the computer can still fully close? I have one currently and the lid doesnt close all the way and it creates a lot of dust on the keyboard and screen, I am afraid of wasting my money buying and returning a bunch, if anyone has any recommendations please let me know!

Based on Personal Experience:
It is not a good idea to use, as it caused my former Mac to overheat consistently, eventually leading to failure.
Use of a Sleeve:
So, what I use is a sleeve, and then I take it out of it, when I need to use my Mac. Once done using my Mac, I let it cool for a bit, and then close the screen, placing it back in the sleeve. What I use: MOSISO Laptop Sleeve - Amazon

FWIW, I advise not using a hard case. The computer already has a hard case.
I use a computer backpack when traveling with the computer. Make sure the computer is turned off before placing in a backpack.
