How can I upgrade my iPhone software to iOS 15.7.5

If you're referring to an iPhone 6s or newer, use a computer or the Software Update function in Settings to install 15.7.5 or 16.4.1. Otherwise, you can't.

If you're only offered 16.4.1, you can only update directly to it.
