How do you change the horrible flower like image on start up screen in Ventura on my Mac?

Is it possible or not?

iMac 21.5″, macOS 13.2

On login into Ventura I want to change the display image -- I have an iMac bought in Nov. 2019

can't opt out of built in display screen on login into Ventura? Once into login I get my selected display screen I selected from wallpaper.
