Wallet/Apple Pay Fault

Hi, was trying to add a card on my Apple Pay. However, every time I try to something will come up in the screen and says “add to wallet” with a “cancel” and “learn more” option. Whenever I press the “learn more” button it I’ll direct me to an article.
