If iPhone 12 Pro max is stuck on the Apple logo, after connect with iTunes for updating, still stuck, how to recover for not loss any data
First priority is to try to get the phone "unstuck". Nothing else can happen until this occurs.
Force restart iPhone - Apple Support
Follow the instructions very carefully. There are 2 possible results:
1) The phone returns to normal operation
2) There is a hardware problem with the phone that will need attention at the Apple Store or authorized Apple Service shop
First priority is to try to get the phone "unstuck". Nothing else can happen until this occurs.

Troubleshooting iPhone Updates:
Disable Airplane Mode***, and then perform another update. Have a computer handy? If so, use of a computer to update: Use My User Tip: Making Use of a Computer for Updating an iOS Device - User Tip
***To Disable Airplane Mofe:
Swipe you finger to the top of the phone, and then tap the airplane icon so that it is dull.
