Can't backup iphone due to touch screen not working

How can I allow access to sync phone to itunes on my computer? Touch screen is not working so I can not allow access from phone screen, and iphone store states it will take 2 weeks to get part to fix my current phone. If I can get current phone backed up somehow I will just go buy a new phone.
