Lost mode on Airpods

I lost my airpods (pro, 2nd gen) and then I used find my device to try find them. It kept saying that my airpods were nearby. I was able to play sounds and whatnot. The location kept updating and changing (within 10-15 meters) but there was was no one around to have taken them. I think this may have been a glitch, as I was looking everywhere for them. I looked literally everywhere and couldn’t find them, despite find my saying they were nearby.

I marked them as lost, will this alert me to if they become connected to a new device?

Cheers!

Hello omidaryamehr,

Per the related article above you should receive a notification when location details become available for your AirPods Pro: Find your lost AirPods - Apple Support If you elected to share a message when enabling Lost Mode, that message would appear for anyone that finds your AirPods Pro via their iPhone.

If you need any additional support with replacing your missing AirPods Pro, you'll want to reach out to Apple Support: Contact - Official Apple Support They'll be in the best position to look into your options further.

Take care.
