How do I remove padding from tables and/or individual cells in Pages? I found one forum post where someone found a solution, but I’ve tried literally everything and there is absolutely no way for me to remove the padding. I just want anything to align correctly with the document!

I assume you are talking about a cell in a table in Pages document. And I assume that by "padding", you are referring to spaces before or about the text in a cell. You can edit the cell by (1) tapping twice on the cell or (2) by tapping once on the cell and then typing Option/Return on the keyboard.
Please refine your question if I have misunderstood.

It doesn’t matter who you are: if you don’t understand what padding is, you shouldn’t be responding. Padding is only one thing. My question is 100% clarified. But to make it 200% clear for someone like you: if you think padding is only a one-side concept, you’re missing the other three sides….
