I accidentaly clicked on a phishing scam link

I unfortunately experienced having entered a dubious site. It all started with a video on youtube promoting a 1000 dollars giveaway conducted by Mr Beast. I clicked the link in the description and then a sign saying "claim reward". After that i swiftly realised that the site was shady and so quickly deleted the safari tab. I cleared the data from safari and updated my iphone from 16.3-ish to the latest 16.4.1. Furthermore, i immediately changed all of my banking passwords. I didn't turn off my wifi though. The question that is bothering me is, whether any malware could have been downloaded on my device as i clicked the link or the sign? Just to mark out, since then my phone hasn't been overheating and i haven't noticed a significant change in my data usage. If there's a risk of my phone being infected what's the most efficient way of deleting the virus? Thank you in advance!
