This issue was raised previously and the one response was not helpful at all. This has only occurred since the last iOS update (Ventura 13.2.1).

There is only 1 mail setting under Privacy, and I can either turn it on or off. I read the article you referenced, but I think it is strange that this just started happening since the last iOS update. (BTW, I do not currently have the option to upgrade to Ventura 13.3.1 on my MacBook Air

Not sure what you're saying. The image you posted is the same as the one in the article I posted and the same as mine…
Are you saying if you open System Settings > General > Software Update it says your Mac is up to date?

FWIW, the current version of Ventura is 13.3.1. You should update if you are actually on 13.2.1.
Sorry, I misunderstood. And I plan to update to Ventura 13.3.1 tonight. But this issue has only been happening recently, and I am having to click on the question mark in the body of many emails now if I want to see the content.
