Microsoft Exchange Shared Calendars not showing on Calendar.app

I cannot view or edit any Microsoft Exchange shared calendars on the Calendar app (11.0) on my MacBook Pro (12.6.2).

The shared calendars are available to sync, view and edit on my iPad (14.6) and iPhone (16.1.1).

I know others have had issues with syncing, see Calendar looses sync with Exchange Calend… - Apple Community. My issue is that the calendars are just not visible. I have tried removing the Exchange account and re-adding it several times.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 12.6

Adding shared calendar to Mac Calendar App

Open Calendar

Go to Calendar menu and choose preferences

Choose Accounts / Select the email account / Delegation

For each calendar press the + and type in the name

After clicking the name that is found click the "show" box
