I just accepted an Apple Card offer. I then tried setting up a Savings account using the instructions in Set up and use Savings in Apple Wallet - Apple Support . The instructions do not work. At step 3, there is no "Savings" displayed, nor any "Setup".

You need to ensure that you operating system is up to date (16.4.1). Settings - General - software update
Updating does not solve this problem
I spent an hour on chat and phone with Apple specialists, and they had no clue how to get it to work.
I’m handing the same problem. And have followed and verified all of the steps. No savings account set up shows up
My problem was cured by updating to 16.4.1 (a)
The instructions in "How to set up Savings" do not work.
