Text Message pics will not open. They have a ? And a down arrow on the photo box.

I down loaded the new version of ISO to my 6SE phone and now I can’t open pic sent to me in a text message. It had a ? And a down arrow but it will not respond to tapping on it.

MMS is a phone carrier feature, contact your to troubleshoot.
